Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We review your order very carefully before shipping product to you. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return "UNUSED" product for a refund within 30 days of the original delivery. A restocking fee of 10 % will apply.
We can exchange your "UNUSED" rain chain for any other rain chain on our website of comparable value within 30 days and we may then waive the 10% restocking fee.
Refund will be for the merchandise amount only and this does not includes shipping charges.
We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and easy return and exchange process.

- Subject - "Return Material Authorization Code"
- Your Full Name
- Product Description and Item Number
- Order Number
- Delivery Date
- Your valid E-mail address and Phone number.
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 3 weeks of receiving the returned item.
