Monarch’s pure copper Gutter Reducer (Adaptor) comes equipped with a cross bar copper Filter that allows the flow of small size debris and prevents larger debris from flowing into the rain gutter / rain chain thus preventing gutter clogging. It is a cinch to install / remove the copper filter for regular clean up as it slides and fits in the copper gutter reducer hole.
